MyFitnessPal is an mobile app to keep track and count calories. Its one of my most important tools when it comes to managing weight. After calculating your macronutrition and intended calories, the macronutrition percentages can be added into the app and tracked. The food and drink database is extensive and has almost most of what you would normally eat.
